The “Bar” at Quality Seafood provides much more than just refreshment. This is the stop for drinks, Crab Hammers, butter and sauces, smoked fish, and a few other goodies.

We have become famous for our “Modelo Chelada Deluxe!”. We make our own special Chelada mix, in-house, and mix it with Modelo Especial, or any beer of your choosing. We then finish it off with skewers of cucumber, pickled carrot, pickled jalapeno, celery, grape tomato, lime, jumbo shrimp and at the top… a Crab Claw of course! If going Deluxe is not for you, our regular house-made Chelada mix can be paired with any beer.

From the tap…We offer 14 beers on tap, with several handles rotating through a great mix of craft brews. Our guests tend to stay here for hours, soaking up the warm weather and great vibes. As such, we offer many “sessionable” beers on tap such as Modelo Especial, Corona, Stella Artois, Coors Light and Bud Light. We also offer craft brews from Karl Strauss, Kona, Ballast Point and others. We always keep a couple of local brews flowing, often times you’ll see local craft brews from 3 Weavers, Absolution and Smog City on tap.

We have a solid selection of bottled Mexican Lagers, lighter American beers and Cider. We have a modest selection of wine, sparkling wine and sake.

We offer a selection of tasty house-smoked fish. We brine our fish using a brining recipe we’ve had for decades. After the fish has been properly brined and prepped for smoking, we use our own in-house smoker to give the fish a deep smoky flavor, and a texture that is firm on the outside, yet moist on the inside. Varieties change daily, but you may see the following fish in our smoked fish case… Salmon fillet, Salmon steaks, Ahi, Albacore, Swordfish, Sea Bass, Opah, Ono, Chilean Sea Bass, Spearfish, Mahi Mahi, Halibut, Black Cod and Mackerel.
